On March 21 I closed the app and when I returned my entire balance was gone. Account history shows everything was wagered on Mines and lost, but I was not logged in and have never played that game. Support keeps looping and never connects to a real agent. I have screenshots proving my phone was idle at the time of those bets and I expect this to be fixed.
